Ingredients
24 graham crackers crushed
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg lemon jello
1 cup hot water
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cold can evaporated milk, whipped
3 T lemon juice
Recipe instruction
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup of hot water. Let set until jiggly. Whip. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Press into 9X13 pan reserving 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Cream cream cheese and sugar. Add lemon juice and whipped jello. Whip evaporated milk and fold into mixture. Pour into crumb crust and top with crumbs. Cool 4 hours in refrigerator.
