Crust

1 ½ c butter

¾ c sugar

3 c flour

Cut into crumbs. Press into pan. Bake at 375 for 18 mins

 

Caramel

1 ½ butter

1 ½ brown sugar

1/3 c corn syrup

1 ½ cans sweetened condensed milk

Put in saucepan and bring to a boil over med heat. Stirring constantly as it scorches easily. Boil exactly 5 min while stirring consantly. Cool 5 minutes, then pour onto crust

 

Chocolate Topping

2 c milk chocolate chips

1 T oil

Mix together in bowl and melt, 10 second intervals in microwave. Pour evenly over the caramel and spread. Refrigerate til set about 3 hours.
