Strawberry Spinach Salad

2 pkgs spinach leaves

1 quart fresh strawberries sliced

Sugared almonds – ¾ cup slithered almonds 1/3 c sugar. Heat in pan until sugar liquefies, stirring constantly. Pour onto wax paper and let cool.

Dressing:

¼ c white vinegar

½ tsp salt

¾ c sugar

½ c oil

1/3 c strawberry jam

2 tsp poppy seeds.
