1 T yeast

1 Cup warm water

1 Egg

1 T oil

1 Tsp salt

1 ½ tsp sugar

3 cups flour

 

Stir in yeast to flour. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Knead for a few minutes. Let rest for 15-20 mins. Shape into flat circles and fry in hot oil.
