Potato Soup

Recipe instruction

Wash then boil 8-10 potatos with the skins on, let cool to touch
 
Melt:
2/3 cup butter
Add:
2/3 cup flour
1 t. salt
1 t. season salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. onion salt
Slowly add:
6 c. milk
Bring to a boil , then turn down and continue cooking until thickened
 
Remove from heat, and add
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 - 10 bacon strips cooked and crumbled, or
8 - 10 T. Bacon Crumbles (not bits)
