1 4 pound bag   boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Marinade:
1 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ginger root, finely grated
1 large clove garlic, finely grated
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Mix marinade together.  Thaw and marinate the chicken overnight or about 6 hours.  Baste the chicken with sauce while barbequing or grilling.
